From the beginning of a new cleaning contract, we instigate and implement a specialised cleaning programme that provides orientation training, task identification and regular planning. Control and supervision is of principal importance, and we have on-site supervisors who are responsible for the systematic checking of all our sites, audits include cleaning standards and our managers, health and safety executives visit on regular basis.

Our quality management procedures are continuously monitored and, were necessary, updated to ensure that we are always delivering the highest quality service. Our management team regularly visit our clients and the supervisor is always available.
